30 blocks, and what each one is for.
Every page in your shop is built from these — dragged into place, nested in columns, and arranged until the page reads the way you want it to. The header and the footer are built the same way, from lists of their own.
Columns
Blocks side by side. Each column holds its own blocks, and a column can hold columns — which is how a layout gets built rather than picked from a list.
What it holds →Tabs
One panel at a time, chosen by a strip of buttons. Each tab holds its own blocks, so a size guide and a care guide can live in the same space.
What it holds →Heading
A section title, with an optional line above it — the small tracked-out label that tells a reader what changed.
What it holds →Text
Paragraphs, written the way you write anything: headings, lists, links and colour. What it saves is cleaned to an allowlist first.
What it holds →Image
One picture, with an optional caption. Inside the page's margins, or edge to edge when you say so.
What it holds →- ‹›
Image slider
Several pictures the shopper swipes or clicks through, with arrows and dots. Full width, or capped at the page's own maximum.
What it holds → Products
Live products from your catalogue — a hand-picked few, or the whole category paged as the shopper scrolls.
What it holds →Product carousel
Products in a row the shopper scrolls through: how many across on a phone and on a desktop, arrows, dots, autoplay, and stock or description on the card.
What it holds →Product listing
The whole catalogue listing in one section: the title, the filter chips, the sidebar and the grid. Drop it on any page that needs products with filters.
What it holds →Listing header
The words above a listing — the trail, the big title, a line of your own and the product count. Yours to write, where it used to be fixed.
What it holds →Filter bar
The row of quick chips across the top of a listing, with the sort and the grid-or-list switch. Sticks under the header as the shopper scrolls.
What it holds →Filter sidebar
Category, size, colour and price down the side. Put it in a column beside the products, or leave it off and let the chips do the work.
What it holds →Product results
The products themselves, showing whatever the shopper picked in the chips and the sidebar. How many across is up to you.
What it holds →Call to action
A headline and a button on a dark panel — the thing you put where a decision belongs.
What it holds →- 40PX
Spacer
Empty vertical room. Sometimes the block a page needs is nothing at all.
What it holds → Hero banner
The banner at the top: one picture or several that change on their own, copy over it or beside it, full width either way.
What it holds →- FREE SHIPPING✳30-DAY RETURNS✳NEW IN
Marquee
The scrolling strip under the hero. Its messages are yours to write — free shipping, opening hours, a new drop.
What it holds → Product rails
Horizontal rows of products from the catalogue, the way a shop shows a season without making anyone choose yet.
What it holds →Category grid
Category tiles that link to the filtered listing, so the shop's own shape is the navigation.
What it holds →Featured collection
The full-width collection panel — a picture on one side, the story on the other. Desktop only.
What it holds →Customer photos
The community grid from your feed: what people actually wore, under the things you sell.
What it holds →Card carousel
Cards you write yourself — a picture, a title, a line and a link — in a row the shopper scrolls. For everything your catalogue does not hold: services, guides, stockists.
What it holds →Post card slider
The same cards drawn as posts, with a category and a date above each title and room for a paragraph. A journal on your front page.
What it holds →- ‹›
Before / after
Two pictures of the same thing with a handle between them. The shopper drags it across and sees the difference for themselves.
What it holds → Ingredient showcase
What a product is made of, and what each part is for — a picture of it beside the list, or the parts across the page.
What it holds →- ▶
Video
A YouTube video that fits the page, at whatever shape suits it.
What it holds → Custom section
A section a developer wrote for your theme: their design, with the words and pictures left for you to edit.
What it holds →Newsletter
The sign-up panel — an address, a button, and a line saying what they will get.
What it holds →Mobile greeting
The greeting line shown only on phones, where the screen is too small to waste on chrome.
What it holds →Mobile chips
The category chips shown only on phones — a thumb-sized way through the catalogue.
What it holds →
Each sketch is what the block does, not a screenshot of one shop's version of it — how it looks is your theme's decision.
